Fair place to stay as compared to other 3 star motels in the same category. I have cogent criticisms but not bad enough to be made in a public post.
For the price, the place is right. I am extended staying until I can move into my house, and it is a decent roof over our heads. Management is very very friendly, very welcoming. It is convenient access to everything and if ever in a homeless situation again, I would return. Only reason I gave a 4 is the pungent cigarette odor, the drawers weren't cleaned (still contained food and trash from previous guests) and the loud guests upstairs (they are active aaaaall day/night looooong). Everything else has been wonderful thus far.
